What if I have to cancel?
Bookings are confirmed with a 50% deposit.
Cancellations within 7 days of the booking may result in loss of deposit.

Do you offer a meet and greet before bookings?
Yes! We like to organise a meet and greet before confirming bookings so your pet can get comfortable and we can learn more about their personality, routine and needs.

Will my pet be supervised?
Yes. Your pet’s safety, comfort and wellbeing are our priority, and pets are supervised throughout their care where appropriate to the service provided.
Do pets stay inside?
Yes — pets staying with us are treated like part of the family and spend time indoors in a calm, comfortable home environment unless otherwise discussed.
Can you administer medication?
In many cases, yes. Please let us know about any medications, medical conditions or special care requirements before booking so we can confirm suitability.
What should I bring for overnight stays?
We recommend bringing your pet’s food, lead, bedding or favourite comfort items, along with any medications or special instructions.
Can you care for anxious or nervous pets?
We understand every pet is different and do our best to create a calm, gentle and low-stress environment. Please let us know about your pet’s temperament during the enquiry process.
Do pets interact with other animals?
This depends on the pets, personalities and bookings at the time. Safety and comfort always come first, and introductions are carefully managed.
Are vaccinations required?
Yes. Pets must be up to date with relevant vaccinations, flea treatments and worming prior to services commencing.
How do bookings work?
Simply send us an enquiry with the services and dates you’re looking for. We’ll provide a quote, arrange a meet and greet, and confirm the booking once the deposit has been received.
Can you help with things around the house while we’re away?
Yes! By arrangement, we can assist with bins, collecting mail, basic property checks or small errands while caring for your pet. Additional fees apply.
Do you provide updates while pets are in your care?
Absolutely. We love sharing little updates and photos so owners can relax knowing their pets are happy, comfortable and well cared for.
